60 — Minute Massage or Referral Based Session
Available only when clinically appropriate or for Swedish massage by request
This 60-minute session is offered when clinically appropriate for focused, region-specific work. or when a Swedish massage is requested without structural assessment. It is not intended for full-body therapeutic sessions or complex treatment needs.
Examples of appropriate uses include:
TMJ dysfunction or cranial work
Scar tissue-related tension
Diaphragmatic or breath-related discomfort
Tissue priming before a workout
Basic Swedish massage for recovery
When clinically indicated, this session may include myofascial techniques, guided breathing, passive range of motion, or light neuromuscular work; all tailored to a specific region or goal. If Swedish only is requested, the session will focus on circulation, relaxation, and restoring ease without deeper clinical intervention.
New clients are required to begin with a 30-minute consultation to allow for proper assessment and treatment planning.
