Certified Massage Therapist | Neuromuscular Specialist | USAF Veteran | Lifelong Student of Healing & Human Complexity.

I was born in Mexico and raised in a culture rooted in ancestral wisdom. My journey into therapeutic bodywork began with a simple desire: to serve humanity. That calling has shaped every chapter of my life, from my years in the military to my work with the human body, and the ongoing process of understanding my own.

Knead Obscura was created to explore the space where clinical bodywork meets the unseen. I specialize in evidence informed manual therapy designed to address the root causes of physical pain, while holding space for what words can’t always explain. My work blends neuromuscular precision with the kind of intuitive awareness that’s felt more than spoken.

Structure, sensation, emotion, and memory are all part of the equation. I use my hands not only to treat tissue, but to translate what it’s been holding. If you are recovering from injury, living with chronic tension, or simply seeking to feel more at home in your body this space is for you.

Let’s work together to uncover what’s beneath the surface.-3dith

Foundations of My Practice

These are the foundations that guide every session. Where evidence based practice meets the quiet language of the body.

1. Individualized Treatment

No two bodies hold pain the same way. I tailor every session to the client’s unique structure, history, and goals.

2. Clinical Integrity

I integrate up-to-date neuromuscular techniques, biomechanics, and evidence-based strategies with careful assessment to ensure every intervention has purpose.

3. Biopsychosocial Awareness

I honor that pain is complex often influenced by stress, environment, trauma, and belief. I treat tissue and context.

4. Collaboration

I value working alongside physical therapists, trainers, and healthcare providers to support holistic client outcomes.

5. Nervous System Respect

Sustainable change happens when the body feels safe. I work with the body, not against it using pace, pressure, and presence as therapeutic tools.

6. Lifelong Learning

I am committed to ongoing education in anatomy, pathology, manual therapy, and the evolving science of pain and healing.

7. Subtle Listening

Beneath anatomy lies rhythm. I pay attention to the quiet signals: fascia recoil, held breath, shifting tone to find the entry point for transformation.
