  • Appointments can be booked directly through this website. You’re also welcome to text or call to inquire about availability not shown online. If you call and I don’t answer, please leave a voicemail I may be in session and will return your call as soon as possible.

  • Please reschedule if you are experiencing a fever, contagious illness, vomiting, or flu like symptoms. This helps protect both you and future clients. If you’re unsure whether you should attend, please reach out.

  • My practice is located in a private, fully separated studio space within a residential property. The studio has its own entrance, bathroom, and treatment room, and there is no client access to the main residence.

    For first-time clients:

    Please text me upon arrival so I can open the door and greet you.

    For returning clients:

    You’re welcome to come up to the studio entrance and knock.

    The exact address is provided once your booking is confirmed.

  • I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours will incur a $50 fee, which will be applied to your next session. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen, so please reach out as soon as possible communication is always appreciated.

  • Please let me know as soon as possible if you’re running late. Late arrivals may result in shortened session time to respect other scheduled appointments, while the full session fee still applies.

  • Clients are encouraged to disrobe to their comfort level. A high quality massage can also be performed fully clothed, but please note that lotion is generally used on the skin, so direct access is recommended for the best experience. Professional draping is always provided for your safety and comfort.

  • Yes. We’ll review your preferences before starting, and you’re always free to let me know during the session if you’d like adjustments.

  • Pressure is always adjusted to your comfort level. Communication is encouraged throughout the session. Breathing techniques may also be incorporated for relaxation.

  • Yes. Intake forms are emailed once your appointment is confirmed. This ensures your session is safe, effective, and personalized.

  • Yes. Please avoid scheduling if you have a fever, contagious illness, or recent surgery. Massage should also be delayed after Botox or filler injections (typically 2–3 weeks). If you’re unsure, please consult your doctor.

  • Yes. My training includes working with injuries, chronic pain, and neuromuscular conditions, often in collaboration with a client’s healthcare team.

  • Music is typically calming spa style, but I can adjust the playlist or volume if you prefer something different.

  • Same day appointments are rare and reserved for returning clients, it may be possible depending on availability. Please contact me.

  • I generally encourage clients to attend sessions on their own to maintain a calm, focused treatment environment. However, a support person may be accommodated when it helps a client feel more comfortable. Please let me know in advance so I can plan accordingly. Guests must remain quiet and respectful of the session.

    For minors, a parent or legal guardian must be present for the duration of the appointment.

  • Yes. Free street parking is available directly in front of and near the studio. Parking is typically easy and accessible.

  • I accept all major forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and electronic transfers and cash.

  • Tips are not necessary, my pricing is set to reflect the full value of each session. That said, I am always grateful for anyone who feels moved to do so.

  • I exclusively use BodyMed lotion, which is unscented, professional grade, and skin-friendly. BodyMed Formulations Massage Lotion is free of gluten, formaldehyde, nuts, fragrance, and parabens, making it ideal for all skin types. I do not currently use oils. If you prefer to bring your own product, please contact me ahead of time so we can discuss whether it is appropriate for the type of work you are seeking.

  • The studio is equipped with a high-quality air purifier. A very mild scent of essential oils may linger from previous sessions when used.

    If you have scent sensitivities, allergies, asthma, or prefer a fragrance free environment, please let me know in advance. I am happy to schedule your appointment during a fragrance-free window and ensure no oils are used before or during your session.

  • In immersive sessions, a small herbal infusion may be offered at the end of treatment to support grounding and transition. If you have allergies, sensitivities, are pregnant, nursing, or taking medications, please inform me before accepting any herbal infusion. Blends are organic and selected thoughtfully. Tea bags are plastic-free, 100% bleach-free, and compostable Ingredients vary seasonally and may include combinations of herbs such as:

  • The HealthyLine Platinum Biomat is an optional add on that uses far infrared heat, negative ions, and natural gemstones (such as amethyst and tourmaline) to support deep relaxation and warmth during a session. Because the Biomat is made with natural stones, it creates a firmer surface than a standard padded table. Some clients enjoy this grounding feel, while others may find it uncomfortable. Please let me know in advance if you’d like to include it. It is not recommended for clients with pacemakers, during pregnancy, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or certain medical conditions. If you are unsure whether it is appropriate for you, please consult your healthcare provider.
