How do I book an appointment?

Via this website, you can text me directly or call Tips Toes & Tony to request an appointment. Once your request is received, I’ll confirm or reach out to coordinate a time that works best.

What is your cancellation policy?

I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellation or change within 24 hours will incur a $25 fee, applied to your next appointment.

Do I need to undress for my massage?

Clients are encouraged to disrobe to their comfort level. A high quality massage can also be performed fully clothed, but please note that lotion is generally used on the skin, so direct access is recommended for the best experience. Professional draping is always provided for your safety and comfort.

Can I request areas to avoid?

Yes. We’ll review your preferences before starting, and you’re always free to let me know during the session if you’d like adjustments.

What about pressure?

Pressure is always adjusted to your comfort level. Communication is encouraged throughout the session. Breathing techniques may also be incorporated for relaxation.

Do I need to fill out an intake form?

Yes. Intake forms are emailed once your appointment is confirmed. This ensures your session is safe, effective, and personalized.

Are there any conditions where massage isn’t advised?

Yes. Please avoid scheduling if you have a fever, contagious illness, or recent surgery. Massage should also be delayed after Botox or filler injections (typically 2–3 weeks). If you’re unsure, please consult your doctor.

Do you work with injuries or chronic pain?

Yes. My training includes working with injuries, chronic pain, and neuromuscular conditions, often in collaboration with a client’s healthcare team.

What about music?

Music is typically calming spa style, but I can adjust the playlist or volume if you prefer something different.

Do you accept same-day bookings?

Same day appointments are rare but may be possible depending on availability.

Can I bring a guest?

Due to the size of the studio, guests are not permitted in the treatment room unless accompanying a minor.

Is there parking available?

Yes. There is a parking lot located behind the building. You may enter through the back entrance to avoid the nail salon traffic. Both front and back access are available for your convenience.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash is always preferred. However, I accept all major forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and electronic transfers.

Do I need to tip?

Tips are not necessary, my pricing is set to reflect the full value of each session. That said, I am always grateful for anyone who feels moved to do so.

What lotion do you use?

I exclusively use BodyMed lotion, which is unscented, professional grade, and skin-friendly. BodyMed Formulations Massage Lotion is free of gluten, formaldehyde, nuts, fragrance, and parabens, making it ideal for all skin types. I do not currently use oils. If you prefer to bring your own product, please contact me ahead of time so we can discuss whether it is appropriate for the type of work you are seeking.

Is your space scented?

The studio has a high quality air purifier and a very mild scent that can be adjusted or removed if you are sensitive to fragrances. Your comfort always comes first.

What is the herbal infusion you offer?

I offer Buddha Teas, often selected to match different chakra blends. See ingredients below:

What is the Biomat?

The treatment table is equipped with the HealthyLine Platinum Biomat, which combines far infrared heat, negative ions, and natural gemstones (such as amethyst, tourmaline, and obsidian). This enhances circulation, eases muscle tension, and supports overall relaxation. If you’d prefer not to use the Biomat, just let me know it is always optional. It is not recommended for clients with pacemakers, pregnancy, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or certain medical conditions. If you’re unsure, please check with your doctor.
