Modalities and Tools

My hands carry a wide spectrum of massage traditions: Western, Eastern, clinical, and intuitive. From Swedish and Deep Tissue to Shiatsu, Thai, Reflexology, Sports, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic, and Energy therapies, every modality is alive in my work. Neuromuscular Therapy threads through them all, giving structure and precision, while energy work and shadow work healing weave in the unseen layers.

I do not use scraping tools, machines, or gadgets. The work is 100% touch palms, fingers, forearms, elbows applied with intention and refined to meet the body as it is. Each technique becomes a language, adapted moment to moment, until what’s hidden in the body has space to move, shift, and find ease.

Here, tools are not objects. The tools are touch, presence, and the willingness to enter both light and shadow without picking one over the other as both carry important information to unlock relief and achieve the goals we set for our sessions.
